One thing to notice is that process is not part of the attributes in defining the enterprise. It is merely consider as the connectivity between functions. It is important to clarify that business process are the means to achieve business goal, not the means to defining the enterprise.

It subject to reengineering to take advantage of technology evolution, it also subject to localization for local need.

LEA apply the holistic framework to analyze business architecture. It is composed based on the business architecture attributes of Mission, Function, Information , People, Location and Workload and the type of Business Architecture Analysis which include Structure, Connectivity and Influence as shown in the following figure.

EA must take the enterprise definition of the enterprise organization, location, demographic and workload distribution into account.
