Infrastructure Concept of Operation
The OCIO infrastructure is suggested to reduce the burden EA governance and compliance on the stakeholders to earn buy-in. Most of stakeholders concerned about the lengthy delay in projects due to the slow progress in governance and compliance review. To reduce the burden of EA, all the governance and compliance process must be engineering to streamline the process.
